摘要

Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a chronic disease characterized by elevated glucose levels. Continuous monitoring of glucose levels is crucial to prevent complications. Therefore, the development of non-enzymatic glucose sensors (NEGS) is being investigated, most of which operate in alkaline media, which can be a limiting factor. Therefore, NEGS that operate in neutral media are being developed. In this study, the development of a neutral glucose sensor is being investigated, using a nanocomposite of laser-induced graphene (LIG), polyaniline (Pani), and silver dendrites (AgD). Silver was found to be more sensitive than Pani in glucose detection, but their combination has a synergistic effect on sensitivity, which allowed glucose to be measured up to 10 mM. The research is still under development, and further study is required to optimize modification times and growth of silver dendrites in the presence of Pani.
