摘要

Surface-Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy (SERS) has become of relevance over the years due to the increased number of substances that can be analyzed compared with conventional Raman spectroscopy. In the present work, TiO2 nanotubes were synthesized by electrochemical anodization with ammonium fluoride, ethylene glycol, and water-based electrolyte. Ag nanoparticles and dendrites were electrodeposited from dissolved silver nitrate in concentration ranging from 1 to 4 mM by applying a potential of 5 V and 20 s of reaction. The SERS sensibility of substrates was tested with methylene blue at a concentration of 1 × 10–5 molar. It was observed that as the concentration of the precursor increased and the silver morphology changed from nanoparticles to dendrites, the characteristic vibrational modes of methylene blue centered at 453 cm−1 and 1627 cm−1 decreased.
