Analysis of structural and electrical properties on rubidium doped barium titanate ceramics
摘要
Pure and Rb-doped Barium Titanate with various concentrations (1 mol%, 5 mol%, and 10 mol%) were synthesized via solid-state reaction method and are reported. The effect of Rb substitution on the structure, ferroelectric and dielectric properties of Barium Titanate (BT) was systematically investigated. The XRD analysis confirmed the presence of a tetragonal structure with the P4mm space group. FTIR analysis confirmed the presence of Rb on the BT lattice. The dielectric and ferroelectric properties have shown the introduction of additional dipoles into the lattice enhances the polarization and lowers the energy barrier for the domain wall motion, making it a good candidate for energy storage devices and low-power applications.
