Ionic liquid-enabled shape memory polyurethane for high-performance triboelectric nanogenerator electrode
摘要
Polyurethane (PU) films were fabricated using two different ionic liquids (ILs) as crosslinkers to enhance the shape memory properties of PU. The effects of each crosslinker on the thermal, mechanical, and shape memory polymer (SMP) performance of PU were comparatively analyzed, and it was found that the incorporation of ILs resulted in superior SMP performance. In addition, the potential application of the PU films as triboelectric nanogenerators(TENGs) was demonstrated. This study suggests that PU with enhanced SMP properties can be utilized as a promising energy harvester.
