Detecting physical changes in athletes during training using flexible piezoresistive pressure sensors
摘要
Intense athletic training increases injury risks when athletes overlook physical strain. Smart sensing technology monitors real-time biomechanical changes, such as insole pressure via flexible sensors. This study developed a CB-PPy-KH560/SR flexible resistive sensor, demonstrating stable reproducibility under 5%–30% stretching strains. At 10 phr filler content, the sensor’s resistance reliably returned to baseline upon strain release, validating its capability to track dynamic pressure changes during motion. This innovative technology effectively monitors the appropriateness of training and reduces the risk of injury through real-time biomechanical feedback.
