<p>We report remarkable plasmonic detection over a wide range of wavelengths exhibiting distinguished responsivity enhancement compared to the state of the art. Through interlayer incorporation, interface properties are modified for lowered barrier height and enhanced device stability. Light acquisition for wavelengths beyond typical bandgap absorption became possible through a single filter-free tunable device. We emphasize extending the spectral range for reconstructive spectroscopy while operating under zero-bias conditions and stable performance without any plasmonic shifts.</p> Graphical abstract <p></p>
