<p>This study used screen printing with silver paste to fabricate a monopole antenna on a quartz substrate (2.5 × 2.5 × 1.6 mm<sup>3</sup>, dielectric constant of 3) for 5G wireless local area network (5.150–5.825&#xa0;GHz). The optimal annealing temperature was found to be 400°C, resulting in silver paste with resistivity of 6.72 × 10⁻5 Ω cm and surface roughness of 35.8&#xa0;nm. The antenna showed return loss below − 10&#xa0;dB, peak gain above 2.5&#xa0;dB, and a 5B adhesion grade, demonstrating excellent performance and manufacturing potential.</p> Graphical abstract <p></p>

摘要
