Design and fabrication of 5G silver thin film monopole antenna by screen printing process
摘要
This study used screen printing with silver paste to fabricate a monopole antenna on a quartz substrate (2.5 × 2.5 × 1.6 mm3, dielectric constant of 3) for 5G wireless local area network (5.150–5.825 GHz). The optimal annealing temperature was found to be 400°C, resulting in silver paste with resistivity of 6.72 × 10⁻5 Ω cm and surface roughness of 35.8 nm. The antenna showed return loss below − 10 dB, peak gain above 2.5 dB, and a 5B adhesion grade, demonstrating excellent performance and manufacturing potential.
