<p>This study examines the evolving landscape of cybersecurity frameworks within corporate governance structures across Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) countries. Through a&#xa0;comprehensive analysis of regulatory standards and digital risk management practices, we investigate the current state, challenges, and future prospects of cybersecurity governance in these emerging economies. The research considers the unique historical context of these former Soviet states and their ongoing digital transformation challenges. Using a&#xa0;mixed-method approach, combining qualitative analysis of regulatory frameworks with quantitative assessment of implementation effectiveness, our findings reveal significant variations in cybersecurity maturity levels among CIS countries, with notable gaps between regulatory requirements and practical implementation. The study identifies key success factors for effective cybersecurity governance and proposes a&#xa0;unified framework for enhancing corporate cybersecurity resilience in the CIS region, taking into account their specific economic and historical context.</p>

摘要
