Einsatz von Sozialrobotern mit KI-Agenten in Wohnquartieren: Strukturierung des Forschungsfeldes
摘要
Agent-based artificial intelligence opens up new possibilities for supporting diverse populations in residential neighborhoods. As physical embodiments of AI agents, social robots offer a promising approach because they are present in semi-public spaces, can interpret social signals, and adapt to changing counterparts. However, there has been a lack of systematic overview of the relevant research perspectives in this field. This article addresses this gap by deriving ten research perspectives for the use of AI agents in the form of social robots in residential districts based on a synthesis of five existing frameworks. These perspectives were validated in terms of their scientific and practical relevance using a real-time Delphi study with 43 experts from academia and practice. The results confirm the relevance of all ten perspectives. Based on the qualitative data we identified an eleventh perspective—perspective entanglement—which marks the systematic interdependencies between the research perspectives as an independent research topic. The article thus provides a framework for individual researchers and interdisciplinary associations, enabling targeted localization and coordinated work in this field of research, while also serving practitioners from the housing sector, residential neighborhood management, and architecture as a requirements overview for residential district projects.
