摘要
Digital transformation represents a complex challenge for companies that necessitates extensive organizational changes and frequently encounters various socio-technical barriers. This article identifies and presents barriers in various components within the dimensions of technology, people, and organization that startups experience during digital transformation in comparison to corporations. The study aims to identify the specific challenges faced by both types of organizations. The study reveals significant disparities between startups and corporations, particularly in the components of corporate culture, qualification, and automation. Conversely, the data management, collaboration and knowledge management components exhibit comparable challenges. The findings indicate that distinct organizational structures and dynamic environmental conditions influence the type and intensity of barriers, but do not generate entirely distinct problem areas.
