Purpose <p>Surgery through a minimally invasive approach is the mainstay of the initial management of endometrial cancer, while sentinel lymph node (SLN) technique enhances the already excellent outcomes of minimally invasive full surgical staging.<sup><CitationRef CitationID="CR1">1</CitationRef>,<CitationRef CitationID="CR2">2</CitationRef></sup> The recent introduction of Robotic Single-port surgery using the fourth-generation da Vinci<sup>®</sup> SP surgical system has provided a more innovative minimally invasive route.<sup><CitationRef CitationID="CR3">3</CitationRef></sup> This Video article aims to highlight the feasibility of using this new platform for treating early-stage endometrial cancer.</p> Patients and Methods <p>We described a case of a patient diagnosed with endometrioid endometrial cancer, International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics (FIGO) grade 2 (p53 wild-type, mismatch repair-proficient). Preoperative findings suggested a presumed FIGO 2023 stage IA2.</p> Results <p>The patient underwent a full surgical staging including hysterectomy, bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy and bilateral SLN biopsy. The total operative time was 100 min, and the estimated blood loss was 30 mL. The surgical procedure was performed without complications. Pain assessment using the Visual Analog Scale (VAS)<sup><CitationRef CitationID="CR4">4</CitationRef></sup> showed a score of 1 at 6 h and 0 at 24 h. Patient was discharged 24 h after the surgery.</p> Conclusions <p>Robotic surgical staging for endometrial cancer using the da Vinci<sup>®</sup> SP system is feasible, achieving optimal operative outcomes. This new robotic platform may offer several advantages, including wide instrument triangulation to prevent collisions and enhanced cosmetic outcomes with “scar-free surgery.”<sup><CitationRef CitationID="CR3">3</CitationRef></sup> Our experience suggests that da Vinci<sup>®</sup> SP platform may be a promising surgical option for treating early-stage endometrial cancer.</p>
