<p>The roots of <i>Panax ginseng</i>, commonly known as ginseng, have been widely used worldwide for treating various diseases and general health maintenance. Due to its natural origin, extensive historical uses, and the accumulation of scientific evidence from clinical studies in humans, ginseng is widely regarded as safe. This review aims to summarize clinical trials that investigate the effects of ginseng on gender-specific benign reproductive diseases. The objective is to provide a comprehensive overview of current scientific evidence regarding the impact of ginseng on gender-related health issues, particularly concerning fertility challenges and quality of life concerns with aging.</p>
