The impact of digital leadership on institutional excellence in the Jordanian social security corporation: business intelligence as a moderating variable

The study aimed to identify the impact of digital leadership with its dimensions (digital leader skills, digital strategy, and digital knowledge) on institutional excellence in the Social Security Corporation: where business intelligence is a moderating variable. To achieve the study objectives, the descriptive analytical approach was used and field data was collected using a questionnaire. The study was conducted on a sample of (377) individuals in the Social Security Corporation. A set of statistical methods was used, including multiple, simple and hierarchical regression analysis, and through the SPSS statistical analysis program, the study concluded that there is an impact of digital leadership on institutional excellence with business intelligence as a moderating variable. The study recommended the need to pay attention to training, honing skills and using business intelligence applications.
