摘要

This study investigates the static strength testing of casting beams in specialized railway rolling stock. A test bench was designed to evaluate the fatigue strength and durability of ADM-1-type railcar beams, particularly under the challenging operational conditions in Uzbekistan. A total of 9 specimens were tested using acoustic emission monitoring and advanced hydraulic loading techniques, simulating both vertical and horizontal service loads. The results demonstrated that the beams exhibited fatigue resistance beyond 10 million loading cycles, indicating high structural durability. Statistical validation was carried out using Cochran’s C-test, Fisher’s F-test, and Student’s t-test at a 95% confidence level, confirming the consistency and significance of the findings. The study proposes enhancements to testing methodology, including the integration of dynamic load simulation, to further improve railcar safety and reliability.
