Main body of the abstract A step-by-step dissection of the suprasellar and parasellar regions was performed on a fresh-frozen cadaver to elucidate the anatomy of the middle fossa triangles. The suprasellar and parasellar regions were exposed through a subfrontal approach, allowing for an expanded superior view and the identification of anatomical triangles.</p> Conclusion <p>The skull base is one of the most complex anatomical regions, but a systematic study grounded in direct approaches can significantly simplify its surgical exploration.
