摘要

The purpose of this study is to investigate the mediating roles of job satisfaction (JS) and life satisfaction (LS) in the relationship between psychological resilience (PR) and employee performance (EP). Data for this study, which employed quantitative research methods, were collected using a survey technique. Research data were collected from social service workers in provinces affected by the February 6 Kahramanmaraş earthquakes. SPSS and Smart PLS software were used to test the hypotheses. Upon examining the results obtained from direct hypothesis tests, it was found that PR had a significant and positive impact on EP, JS, and LS. Additionally, it was found that JS had a significant impact on EP, whereas LS did not have a significant effect on EP. When examining the mediating hypothesis tests, it was determined that JS played a mediating role in the relationship between PR and EP. In contrast, LS did not mediate this effect.
