Background

The study explores the impact of adaptive sports programs on emotional resilience, empathy development, social inclusion, and cognitive flexibility among participants.

Methods

Using a quantitative research design, data were collected from 455 individuals actively engaged in adaptive sports programs across diverse institutions and organizations. Structural equation modeling was employed to examine the direct and indirect relationships between the constructs.
