Study on the relationship between different operation time and postoperative complications in patients with cerebral hemorrhage
摘要
Intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) is a devastating neurological condition with high morbidity and mortality rates, and surgical timing remains controversial regarding optimal outcomes. To explore the relationship between different operation time and postoperative complications in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.
Methods150 patients with intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2020 to October 2022 were selected retrospectively as the study objects. According to different surgical timing, they were divided into super early stage group (< 6 h) 45 cases, early stage group (6 ~ 24 h) 73 cases and late stage group (> 24 h) 32 cases. The postoperative complications; short-term efficacy; national institute of health stroke scale (NIHSS) score; activity of daily living scale (ADL) score of the three groups were compared.
ResultsCompared with the early group (12.33%) and the late group (9.38%), the incidence of rebleeding in the super-early group (28.89%) was significantly higher (P < 0.05). There were no significant differences in the incidence of renal insufficiency, urinary tract infection, or pulmonary infection among the three groups (P > 0.05); There was no significant difference in mortality and excellent rate among the three groups (P > 0.05); when compared with those before operation, the NIHSS scores of the three groups after operation were significantly lower, although those of the super early and early groups were significantly lower than those of the late groups (P < 0.05); compared with those before operation, the ADL scores of the three groups after operation were significantly higher, although the ADL scores of the super early group and early group were significantly higher than those of the late group (P < 0.05).
ConclusionThe super early operation is closely related to the rebleeding of ICH patients after operation. In addition, when compared with the late operation, the super early and early operation is more conducive to promoting the recovery of patients' neurological function and daily living ability, the appropriate operation time can be selected according to the specific conditions of patients in clinical practice.
