摘要

This research explores how foreign entrepreneurs in Poland use both traditional and digital networking to build and sustain their businesses. Foreign entrepreneurs often face challenges like language barriers, cultural differences, and complex regulations. The study looks at how networking both in-person (traditional) and online (digital) helps them overcome these hurdles. By combining social capital theory and the strength of weak ties theory, the research shows how these entrepreneurs use strong, trust-based relationships alongside weaker, more distant connections to access resources, expand their businesses, and achieve long-term success. Through interviews and observations, the study highlights the importance of blending traditional face-to-face meetings with digital tools like social media to build trust, engage customers, and grow their networks. The findings suggest that balanced approach to networking improves business sustainability, enabling foreign entrepreneurs to thrive in a competitive environment.
