TaxLedger-cloud: integrating blockchain and hyperledger technologies for trustworthy and accountable taxation systems
摘要
The taxation infrastructure in developing economies, particularly that in Asian Countries, has recently been plagued by serious problems, such as data manipulation and alteration, delayed audits and traceability, no standardised fiscal executions and taxation tracing, and poor public trust. This paper proposes TaxLedger-Cloud, a futuristic architecture that addresses these issues by combining Blockchain Distributed Ledger Technology (BDLT) with Hyperledger Technology (HT), especially Besu, and Cloud Computing (CC) to create a digital taxation ecosystem that is reliable and accountable. In order to facilitate both permissioned and public interoperability, this proposed TaxLedger-Cloud makes use of Hyperledger Besu-enabled enterprise solution-grade consortium compatibility. While ensuring cryptographic transparency and regulatory compliance. However, cloud integrates with the proposed technology to facilitate elastic storage, rapid scalability, and dynamic tax data analytics across distributed governmental nodes. Hyperledger Besu-enabled chaincode is deployed that automates tax filing, validation, and auditing workflows, ensuring minimal human interactions and maintaining traceability. Throughout the simulations, the analysis demonstrates that the proposed TaxLedger-Cloud architecture received a 99.10% consensus efficiency, along with 94.63% improved data integrity, and 37.84% reduction in average transaction latency compared to other state-of-the-art taxation systems. In addition, the proposed solution exhibits a 41% enhanced throughput, 92.4% accuracy in fraud detection, along with 88% improved auditing efficiency and 36.6% optimization in cloud resource optimization under the high-performing environment. Nevertheless, the major outcome indicates that the proposed architecture is reliable, scalable, and robust for real-time deployment.
