Cloud-enabled adaptive design and communication optimization for elderly-oriented grassroots health science popularization
摘要
Grassroots health science popularization is important for improving public health literacy, especially among older adults who often face difficulties in accessing and using digital health information. In practice, many health communication services still rely on uniform content delivery and fixed interaction patterns, which limits their effectiveness in age-diverse grassroots settings. This paper presents a cloud-enabled framework for elderly-oriented adaptive design and communication optimization in grassroots health science popularization. The framework integrates cloud-based content management, user interaction analysis, adaptive interface adjustment, and communication effectiveness evaluation into a unified process. It supports age-friendly adaptation of content presentation, visual layout, navigation structure, and media organization according to elderly users’ reading habits, interaction behaviors, and accessibility needs. Communication strategies are further refined through feedback collected from digital media platforms. To examine the feasibility of the proposed framework, a set of experiments was conducted, and its performance was evaluated from the perspectives of accessibility, interaction efficiency, and dissemination effectiveness. The results show that the proposed framework improves the adaptability of digital health content delivery for older adults and enhances the overall effectiveness of grassroots health science communication.
