As global temperatures continue to rise, heat exposure in the workplace has become a critical public health and climate justice issue. This paper explores the growing risks of thermal stress in workplaces, focusing on the urgent need for comprehensive policy frameworks, technological interventions, and equitable solutions to protect vulnerable workers. Key adaptation and mitigation strategies, such as cooling technologies, worker training, and nature-based solutions, are examined alongside current policy gaps and international guidelines. The paper also highlights research gaps and the need for integrated, longitudinal health data and predictive models to improve heat stress management. Recommendations include developing binding global heat safety standards, prioritizing heat adaptation in labor and climate policies, and ensuring equitable access to heat protection measures for all workers. Addressing thermal stress in the workplace is framed not only as a public health imperative but also as a vital climate justice issue, requiring immediate and coordinated action.</p>
