Both empirical and conceptual studies were analyzed.</p> Results and key findings <p>Thirteen studies from diverse countries revealed psychological interventions (CBT, MBSR, ACT) as the most common (59.5%), followed by behavioural, self-management, telehealth, and family-centred approaches. Intervention consistently improved mental health, treatment adherence, and overall quality of life. Digital health tools and spiritual care also showed promise but faced barriers of accessibility, cultural adaptability, and sustainability.</p> Conclusion <p>Resilience-building interventions are effective in chronic disease management, enhancing mental well-being and treatment outcomes. Future research should emphasize long-term effects, cultural inclusivity, and systemic integration for sustainable impact.</p>
