Double common bile duct malformation with choledocholithiasis treated by laparoscopic common bile duct exploration with primary suture: a case report
摘要
Double common bile duct (DCBD) represents an exceedingly rare congenital anomaly of the biliary anatomy. Recently, a 46-year-old female patient diagnosed with DCBD was admitted to our hospital, with her condition further complicated by the presence of common bile duct stones. Preoperative imaging studies indicated a Type II classification. The patient underwent a laparoscopic exploration of the common bile duct for the purpose of stone extraction, followed by primary suture closure. The patient was discharged following a successful recovery.
