摘要

FOLFOX (folinic acid, 5-fluorouracil, and oxaliplatin) chemotherapy regimen is a widely used chemotherapy agent for the management of gastrointestinal malignancies. FOLFOX has been linked to various toxicities including peripheral neurotoxicity. We report a case of central neurotoxicity demonstrated clinically and radiographically within 24 h of FOLFOX administration in a patient with metastatic gastric adenocarcinoma. We further review these clinical and radiographic characteristics to help guide treatment and management of these patients.
