摘要

This scoping review explores the current status and prospects of platelet-rich plasma in patients with zoster-associated pain. We searched PubMed, Scopus, Medline, Web of Science, CNKI, and WanFang databases for platelet-rich plasma treatment zoster-associated pain trials. The clinical outcomes included pain score, sleep quality, postherpetic neuralgia events, skin temperature, drug dosage, and serum inflammatory factors. By reading the abstract and the complete text, 24 trials were ultimately selected, including 17 randomized controlled trials, five single-arm studies, and two retrospective studies. The use of PRP for the treatment of zoster-associated pain is a novel treatment option that is still being explored, and more high-quality studies are needed in the future to further validate its feasibility.
