摘要

Abstract

The results of the synthesis and chemiluminescence diagnostics of the radical-binding activity of water-soluble arabinogalactan-stabilized sulfur nanoparticles is presented. Thus, using the stabilizing ability of the natural polysaccharide arabinogalactan, composites containing 0.3–4.6% sulfur nanoparticles are obtained for the first time. It is found that the average size of nanoparticles is determined by the quantitative content of the inorganic phase in the composition of composites, varying in the range of 8.3–32.0 nm. Using the method of chemiluminescence analysis and the radical-generating systems “luminol–horseradish peroxidase–hydrogen peroxide” and “luminol–AAPH,” the antiradical activity of the obtained composites is characterized. It is found that the intensity of this activity is directly determined not only by the type of radical-generating system used, but also by the quantitative content of sulfur in the composition of the composite and the concentration of their aqueous solutions.
