Lactarius and Lactifluus (Russulaceae): Species Diversity and Ecological–Biochemical, Medicobiological, and Nutritional Aspects
摘要
Abstract—
Among wild edible macromycetes, fungi of the genera Lactarius and Lactifluus (Russulaceae) occupy a prominent place, being the most widely consumed mushrooms in Russia and around the world. This work attempts to summarize the species diversity, as well as the ecological–chemical, medicobiological, and nutritional aspects of the edible mushrooms Lactarius and Lactifluus.
