Abstract <p>The specimens were collected during monsoon season from Himalayan moist temperate forests of Pakistan in 2022–2024. <i>Pseudolaccaria pachyphylla</i> was identified as a new record of macrofungi for Pakistan. Their detailed morphological description and illustrations are provided. Molecular analysis was conducted using universal barcode marker i.e. ITS region. The Maximum likelihood approach was used to build phylogenic trees. This species constitutes new records and additions to Pakistani mycobiota based on morphological and molecular conclusions.</p>
