Influence of Temperature on Solid-Phase Synthesis of CaCu3Ti4O12
摘要
Abstract
The process of solid-phase synthesis of CaCu3Ti4O12 material in the temperature range from 760 to 1090°C is accompanied by anomalous thermal expansion (850–920°C) and compression (760–850°C) related to the phase transformations, which are examined in detail using X-ray diffraction analysis of the material and subsequent sintering of ceramics on its basis.
