<p>The action of electrolytic plasma polishing (EPP) on the surface morphology, microstructure, and phase and chemical composition of plates made of titanium of the VT1-0 brand, a VT6 alloy, niobium of the Nb1 brand, and promising biomedical Ti–26Nb and Ti–23Nb–5Zr titanium alloys is studied. It is shown that EPP is a promising method for effective final treatment of the surface of biomedical titanium alloys, which noticeably positively affects the surface morphology and distribution of alloying elements over the surface of the samples under study without inducing a change in the microstructure and chemical and phase composition.</p>

摘要
