摘要

Abstract

Using transgenic insect-resistant maize C0030.3.5 and control strain DBN318 as materials, the ground trap method was used to systematically investigate the selection data of different habitats of ground arthropods in the above spring and summer maize fields for two consecutive years from 2016 to 2017. The species richness (S), diversity index (H'), dominance concentration index (D) and species evenness index (J) of surface migrating arthropods were calculated. The effects of transgenic maize C0030.3.5 on habitat selection of field surface arthropods were evaluated by cluster analysis and factor analysis. The results showed that planting transgenic insect-resistant maize C0030.3.5 had no significant effect on habitat selection of ground arthropods. The results provided some data support for environmental safety assessment of GM crops.
