Efficiency of Lubricant Properties of Derivatives of Dithiophosphoric, Xanthogenic and Trithiocarbonic Acids
摘要
For the first time, benzoyloxymethyl esters of the corresponding acids were synthesized on the basis of benzoyloxymethyl chloride and alkyl xanthates, dithiophosphates in alkali metals, as well as sodium butyl trithiocarbonate. The composition and structure of the synthesized compounds were proven by elemental analysis and IR, NMR spectroscopy. Based on the content of certain heteroatoms and functional groups in the molecules of the synthesized compounds, they were studied as additives to lubricating oils, in particular, their tribological and thermo-oxidative properties were studied. As a result of the studies, it was revealed that with an increase in alkyl radicals in the xanthate and dithiophosphate fragments, the extreme pressure properties of the compounds are enhanced, while the replacement of the alkyl radical with a phenyl radical is accompanied by a decrease in the extreme pressure efficiency of these compounds. It was shown that the synthesized compounds have high thermo-oxidative stability due to the presence of a polar phenyl group in the molecules. Thus, on the basis of benzoyloxymethyl esters of TTK, DTF and KG acids, additives with high antiwear, extreme pressure properties and high thermal stability were obtained, which can be used to create effective lubricating oils.
