Automated Syrup Filling Systems Based on Pneumatic Level Sensors

Abstract
Features of the technological process of syrup filling have been considered. The shortcomings of conductometric container filling level sensors have been analyzed. An experimental model of a single-component syrup packaging system with a pneumatic bubble-type level sensor has been developed and tested under production conditions. Proposals for the development of automated syrup product packaging systems based on pneumatic automation have been formulated. The development of a multichannel conveyor system for packaging multicomponent syrups has been presented.
