A Study of the Influence of Temperature, Moisture, and Salt Solution on the Properties of Polyamide-11. 2. Deformability and Glass Transition
摘要
Abstract
The results of measuring the glass transition temperature of amorphous regions of three variants of partially crystalline polyamide-11 tubes after aging at elevated temperature, thermal cycling and in a thermal-humidity environment are presented. It is shown that, with an increase in the glass transition temperature from 4 to 56°C, the shape of the tensile-strain curves changes, the peculiarity of which is the appearance of a yield region. The difference between the upper and lower yield points increases with an increase in the difference between the glass transition temperature and the temperature of deformation loading.
