A Study of the Influence of Technological Support on the Quality of the Process of Forming Parts from Reinforced Plastics Using Vacuum Infusion Technology
摘要
Abstract
This article presents the results of an experimental assessment of the influence of the layout scheme on the tooling surface of tubes used to supply the binder and create a vacuum during the molding of parts from polymer composites using vacuum infusion technology. Epoxy binder and basalt fabric were used as the starting materials. Several options are considered, and tube installation schemes and results of phase composition and porosity of the resulting basalt plastics are presented.
