A Study of the Physical and Mechanical Properties of Organosilicon Compounds of the KTT Brand under Conditions of the Influence of High Temperatures and Environmental Humidity

Abstract
The electrical insulating, adhesive, and moisture-protective properties of thixotropic compounds of the KTT brand have been studied in the initial state under normal climatic conditions, as well as under prolonged exposure to high temperatures and environmental humidity. The research results allow one to recommend KTT brand compounds for their use in the processes of protection and sealing of microelectronics products, electronic equipment, and radio electronic equipment.
