Compaction of Porous Powder Materials through Plastic Deformation
摘要
Abstract
Different methods for compacting powder materials are considered. A mathematical model of the strain level of the material is presented. The dependence of the average grain size on the porosity of particles of the powder material has been studied and graphically interpreted. It is shown that the physicomechanical properties and service characteristics of powder materials obtained via deforming porous workpieces are determined by the density and the strain level of the matrix phase, as well as by the chemical composition of the material.
