Abstract <p>This article examines trends in the abundance of amphibians in the Oka Nature Reserve under the influence of climatic and biotic factors. A decline in the population of amphibians has been observed due to changes in the hydrological regime of the Oka River, affecting the water regime of spawning habitats; the introduction of the Amur sleeper <i>Perccottus glenii</i> into these habitats; and temperature and hydrological conditions during the breeding period.</p>
