Propagation of Acoustic Waves in a Moving Multifractional Polydisperse Gas Mixture

Abstract
This paper is devoted to the study of acoustic wave propagation in multifractional gas suspensions with polydisperse inclusions when the motion of the mixture is taken into account. A system of linearized integro-differential equations of motion of a multifractional gas suspension with polydisperse inclusions is presented. Nonstationary effects of interfacial friction and heat exchange are considered. A dispersion relation describing the propagation and attenuation of acoustic waves in a gas suspension with polydisperse inclusions is derived, taking into account the uniform motion of the mixture.
