Inverse Problem of Lifting an Underwater Pipeline
摘要
Abstract
A simplest model of lifting an underwater pipeline of semi-infinite length by a concentrated force is presented. The internal cavity of the concrete-covered pipe is filled with water. The value of the concentrated force required for lifting the pipe and the corresponding lift are determined. A sought parameter of the problem is also the length of the lifted section of the pipeline. Some simple analytical expressions relating the problem parameters are presented. A comparison with the results obtained by numerical solution of the nonlinear equations of the pipeline bending is given.
