On the Continuous Invertibility of Operator of Electric Field Integral Equation for Non-Absorbing Media

Abstract
The problem of solvability of the electric field integral equation for non-absorbing media is considered. The method of quadratic forms is applied to investigation of the operators of the problem. The paper proves the continuous invertibility of the operator of the electric field integral equation in the case of plane screens and non-absorbing media.
