Abstract <p>The study is concerned with identifying the relationships between deep structure and epithermal gold mineralization for various geodynamic settings. Density and magnetic models of Western Priokhotye were used to identify the features of deep structure of gold–ore zones and clusters in the region. Joint interpretation of density, magnetic, and geological data using structural features and physical characteristics of minerogenic units made it possible to determine the depth of gold mineralization and the transfer routes of magmatic (ore) matter for each metallogenic zone (MZ). All metallogenic zones of the region were found to be linked to mantle generation centers. The transport of ore-magmatic matter upwards involves the formation of intermediate sources in the lower and middle crust. In the Preddzhugdzhur MZ, such sources tend to localize at the intersection of the N-W and N-E striking faults. In the Yuzhno-Verkhoyansk MZ, mantle material was transported along deep-seated, N-S striking faults.</p>
