Abstract <p>Cross sections of <sup>167</sup>Er(γ, <i>p</i>)<sup>166</sup>Ho and <sup>168</sup>Er(γ, <i>p</i>)<sup>167</sup>Ho reactions weighted by the spectrum of bremsstrahlung radiation with a boundary energy of 23 MeV have been studied and measured. Simulation in the statistical core model using the TALYS1.96 program code shows that non-statistical processes dominate.</p>
