Calculations and Testing of the Electrical Strength of Collet Inputs of Magnetic Kickers of the Nuclotron

Abstract
Designs of high-voltage collet inputs of magnetic kickers developed for the NICA accelerator complex are presented. The designs of the collet connections of the inputs are described in detail. The method for determining the electrical strength of the inputs is described. The operating voltages of the collet inputs are determined, which for the injection and output kickers are 46 and 60 kV, respectively. The inductances of the inputs are measured. The materials for the manufacture of the collets are selected. The results of resource tests of the collet inputs are presented.
