Abstract

A methodology for obtaining constraints on new, generalized, effective \(Z{\kern 1pt} '\) -boson parameters for the \({{e}^{ + }} + {{e}^{ - }} \to f + \bar {f}\) ( \(f \ne e\) ) process is presented.
