Assessing the Effectiveness and Efficiency of the Population and Economy’s Adaptation to Climate Change: Algorithm and Calculation Procedures

The article continues the author’s previous publication on this topic and, in general, a series of materials published in the journal in 2023 on the issues of adaptation of the population and economy to the climate variability and climate change’ impact. The main stages and procedures of assessment of the effectiveness and efficiency of adaptation measures are substantiated and disclosed. The limitations of the approaches proposed to calculations are considered.
