摘要

Abstract

Fluorescence-based cancer diagnostics is a rapidly advancing field in biomedical research. Fluorescent probes, known for their outstanding sensitivity, specificity, and real-time imaging capabilities, have become indispensable tools for cancer diagnosis. The production of fluorescent probes involves the rational design and chemical synthesis of compounds that fluoresce upon interacting with biological processes associated with cancer. To address the evolving needs of cancer detection, recent advancements in probe design have focused on improving sensitivity, selectivity, and photophysical properties. Bio-imaging is one of the many applications of fluorescent probes in cancer detection. This study highlights the use of fluorescent probes for early diagnosis and improved patient outcomes in oncology, providing a comprehensive overview of the latest developments in their synthesis and applications.
