Microwave-Assisted Synthesis and Characterization of Calix[4]resorcinarenes
摘要
Abstract
Microwave irradiation was used to promote the cyclocondensation of certain aldehydes and resorcinol, resulting in a sustainable synthesis of calix[4]resorcinarenes. This environmentally conscious technology possesses numerous attractive characteristics, including high productivity, short reaction time, and straightforward workup protocol. The structures of all calix[4]resorcinarenes were verified using a range of physicochemical techniques, including elemental analysis, FT-IR, 1H NMR, and mass spectrometry.
