Catalyst-Free Three-Component Synthesis of Novel Tetrahydrospiro[indole-3,3′-pyrazole] Derivatives

Abstract
A series of new tetrahydrospiro[indole-3,3′-pyrazole]-4′-carboxylate derivatives were synthesized by three-component reaction of substituted isatins, phenylhydrazines, and active methylene compounds in water without a catalyst at room temperature. The synthesized compounds were characterized by IR, 1H, 13C NMR, and HRMS techniques.
